All products are custom-made and require a production time of 7-14 business days after proof approval.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions, if available, apply only to qualifying orders.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination. Typical shipping times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-5 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order (or the expected delivery date).
For damaged shipments, include photos of the damage and packaging to help us resolve the issue.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve lost shipment claims.

7. Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

8. Local Pickup (If Available)

Local pickup is available for customers in the Tri-County Area of Charleston, SC. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to their order. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
