Proofs will be sent for approval before production begins. Once a proof is approved, no further changes can be made.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and timelines will be displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
Any damages or issues caused during shipping must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases where we determine that an error occurred during production or the product was damaged in transit.

Customers submitting their own designs for customization confirm they have the rights to use those designs.
